Registration Terms and Conditions
1. Early Bird Registration. Payments for early bird registration must be made by 31 August 2026. If early bird fees have not been received by this date, advance fees will apply.
2. Payment options for registration is by credit card only.
3. Cancellation/Refunds. Please choose carefully.
Cancellations of registration must be received by email to arna@arna.com.au. Refunds will apply as follows:
If unable to attend your registration may be transferred to another person or transferred to the next ARNA Annual Conference. Cancellations and transfers must be requested in writing to arna@arna.com.au
The organisers reserve the right to amend the program, including activities, topics, speakers, venue, and format, at any time without prior notice.
The organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred as a result of cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (“Force Majeure”). Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or regulations, travel restrictions, transport disruptions, or failure of third-party providers.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to Force Majeure, the organisers’ liability is limited to a refund of registration fees at their discretion. The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by delegates, including travel and accommodation expenses.
If the event is converted to a virtual or hybrid format, registration will remain valid and no refunds will be issued.
